The idea for this blog came about when my husband and I were complaining one day that the nutrition information on keto recipes was never what we thought. We’d find a recipe we loved, make it, log it, and then find as a result we were over our carbs for the day. Always such a disappointment!
So here we are: Keto for Kieran aims to take a recipe we have made during the week, rate it, and see how close the nutritional information was for us when logged in LoseIt.
